The evening was a great success and the food was excellent.
Guests were greeted with an apple/chilli juice with a tot of gin and ice
Zelda started the evening with a PowerPoint presentation all about chillies
Barbara then gave a demonstration on cooking with chillies
The evening then heated up with tasting of chilli dishes from 3 different continents
